Registration informationUpon arrival at the conference, delegates are required to register their attendance, and will receive a delegate pack and name badge. Please note that this conference is only open to pre-booked delegates. You must already have a delegate place in order to register your attendance on the day. On both days of the conference, the registration desk will be situated on the first floor of the ICC. Signs at both entrances of the ICC will direct you to this area. Conference staff will also be present to greet you on the ground floor and will direct you to registration. When you receive your name badge at registration, you can select a lanyard (cord) colour in accordance with your role or position. The choices are as follows:
For security reasons, your name badge should be worn at all times. The registration desk will be open at the following times:
Please note that those delegates attending only the second day of the conference must go to the registration desk on the morning of Tuesday 16 October. It is not necessary for delegates attending both days to re-register on the second day. However, delegates attending both days must wear the badge and lanyard, which was given to them on the Monday, at all times. |
