
Wireless internet
A café equipped with a wireless internet point is situated on the ground floor of the ICC. Delegates can purchase a card from the business centre (next door to the café) to allow access to the internet point.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is situated on the ground floor, before the escalators. Any items are left at the owner's risk.
Disabled access
The ICC is fully accessible, maps indicating lift and toilet facilities for disabled visitors are available in advance by telephoning Benedict Business Resources on 01483 205 432, or on the day from the conference enquiries desk which is located in the registration area.
Induction loops
If you require an induction loop necklace, please collect it from the conference enquiries desk in the registration area. To activate the induction loop, please ensure your hearing aid is switched to 'T'.
Prayer area
A prayer area has been designated by the ICC. Please ask at the conference enquiries desk for further information. This is located in the registration area.
Medical assistance
A medical centre is situated on the ground floor of the ICC, behind the coffee terrace (Café Vite), just off the main mall. It has a nurse on hand 24 hours a day. If you are in need of medical assistance at any time, including during the Conference dinner, please contact a member of ICC staff, who will be able to help you.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any area of the ICC.
Recycling
Recycling bins will be situated around the conference centre. Delegates are kindly asked to make use of these to dispose of any unwanted papers.
Delegate folders are provided as part of the conference fee and delegates are welcome to keep them. Unwanted folders can be handed in at a designated recycling point in the registration area. Returned folders will be used for future events.
At the end of the conference delegates are kindly asked to hand back badges and lanyards in the registration area for recycling.
